Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Tickets are valid for one person entry.

Management will not be responsible for loss of any of your belongings or valuables.

It is strictly forbidden to bring outside food items inside or take them outside.

Intoxicated persons will not be allowed to enter and smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited in the park premises.

Photo or video shooting is strictly prohibited in Water World premises.

In case of damage to any thing in the premises of the resort, it will be mandatory to pay compensation.

Instructions given at each place should be followed.

All visitors should enjoy the park at their own risk.

Your cooperation is required as your bag/luggage will be checked for security purposes.

Do not cut leaves, flowers, fruits in the area. Violation It will be penalized.

Persons with health ailments and complaints should not use any ride.

It is strictly prohibited to carry any kind of weapons, food items, gutkha, panmasala, cigarettes, etc., as well as lighters, knives, guns and other flammable materials.

Keep your entry ticket safe as it will be mandatory to show it at every place, no complaint will be entertained if it is lost.

Admission tickets will be based on height Adults (4.6 inches and above) Children (3 feet 3 inches to 4 feet 6 inches) Free entry (Children below 3 feet 3 inches).

Management reserves the right to discontinue any ride or service facility without any prior notice.

Pets of any kind will not be allowed in the park.
